no information on sythesizers needs help I know nothing!?

My husband wants a synthesizer (which is on the killers!) I one as a surprise, but we know nothing Absoultly. All I know is that he wants to sound like murderers do not realize magnitude. any information on what is good, so in plain English would be great. thank you

A synthesizer is a computer with only a keyboard attached. You can connect all the decent keyboard (which can record the hardness of the keys to press and speed) to a computer and sound piece of software that are ready to kill. I think you can get a very cheap keyboard of its kind in PC World or Maplins. (about £ 30 - £ 40 maximum) If you are looking for a keyboard with synthesized sounds before then is another matter. If this is what you think it will, I would not buy such a thing as a gift. You really need to know exactly what was needed, with many hours to consider the alternatives before you could buy a product and the product that you really want. Alternatively, you could buy a Yamaha used with pre-programmed sounds and interface MIDI with a 5-6 spread octave and keys are tactile. It should not cost more than about £ 50 - £ 100 maximum for a base model. This may connect to your PC and software to access any sound you want.
